Saadia - a Skyrim sequel - Part 2

For Kematu it was essential to break Saadia's stubborn arrogance, and so save her from execution. He switched instruments and targets. Choosing a multi-tailed whip with thin lashes, he moved to the traitor's front and began lashing her bare breasts. Saadia began screaming in earnest, and the huge audience roared its approval.

Saadia cursed the crowd, and cursed Kematu. She cursed the Dragonborn for luring her out to the Whiterun stables so she could be captured. But finally she got around to cursing the Thalmor of the Aldmeri Dominion, for talking her into helping them attack her own people. The tone of her screams began to change from rage to distress and sorrow.

Although Saadia was changing her mind about whether stubbornness was a good strategy, Kematu could tell she wasn't quite broken yet. He switched back to the switch (!) and held it between her legs. When Saadia felt it brush her inner thighs, she shouted "Nooo!".
One quick upward flick was all it took. When the traitorous noblewoman felt the sting on her most sensitive place, she screamed and began gabbling: "I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done it! Please stop!"

Saadia had finally broken and was confessing her treason. Kematu unchained her so she could beg the crowd's pardon properly. On her knees, she asked for mercy. Seeing her so humbled, the crowd laughed and applauded.

Kematu led her away to her lifelong house arrest. Her conditions would be reasonably comfortable, but she wouldn't be trusted out of sight of Hammerfell's guards ever again. And if she ever misbehaved, they would know how to punish her. But Kematu's severe ministrations had saved her from hanging. He felt quite satisfied.
